Probs best to look at as many as you can and pick the picture that you

Unfortunately, the forum only allows 8 images per post or else there would have been alot more gagging

one of the Best LCD's on the market are Samsungs IMO, I've had mine around 3 years now and it's just as good as the day it was bought.

Noise reduction to full, FX engine on full plus other setting and i get no screen blur or ghostings. I've seen other branded TV's that make me think OMG what a bag of ...

I did start of with a Goodmans from Comet that set me back £600 and it was poor, with no settings the thing ghost right out of the box, colour was off and picture was poor.

I've got a 37" Panny plasma (only 720p but accepts 1080p) and a 26" Panny LCD (again 720p but accepts 1080p) and am very happy with both!

I agree though, Samsung make some great TVs Don't be fooled by the LED ones if they're sidelit, apart from being very thin, you're best to look at ones with local dimming (think that's what it's called).
