Intelligent and thick people are to be found in all walks of life. Just because you were named Kylie Chantella and were born to and have only known chavs, doesn't mean you couldn't be more intelligent than someone who went to private school has a double-barrelled name and a plummy accent.
Of course, we than get on to the subject of what is meant by intelligence....
