Should anyone on here be worried by Racists being jailed

I noticed this on the BBC website and I wondered if we have any posters on here whose content could be questionned.

I don't think we have anyone as bad as these, but we have one or two who could do with toning their posts down a bit,http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/n...re/8144366.stm

The guys who were jailed weren't posting twaddle on forums, they were distributing racist literature and were sooooo racist that one of em got thrown out of the BNP!

Maybe a few posters on here might have thought about publishing their thoughts in the street, but I am guessing they don't have their own websites, and wouldn't have the balls to distribute literature so everyone they know would know their almost private musings...

I saw the story earlier and thought of some of the more vitriolic and nasty posters that sometimes emerge on here. Particularly given that their defence of the racist literature being held on US servers (as I believe SF's is), and therefore not governed by British law, was thrown out by the judge.

No one on here comes close to the lies and nastiness that they came out with. But I know other forums where they repeat their garbage and transparent lies.

Their website is still up and running.

i can't remember which of the two it is but one of them has an article on the website boasting about going to Holland to take advantage of their age of consent laws to have sex with 15 year olds.

I haven't seen any of their output - and don't particularly want to.

There's a fine distinction between what is allowable and what is not. Campaigning for the law to be changed so that blacks have no rights and can be beaten to death with impunity, is legitimate. It's horrific, but it's legitimate - if you want to change the law, you have the right to try.

Launching a campaign to persuade people to beat blacks to death, is NOT legal and will land you in jail. It's incitement to commit a crime.
