OK, I am being made redundant as well, but I am capable of finding employment for myself.

Some of the guys being made redundant have been at this company since leaving school and have never worked anywhere else, their skills are niche (smithers, etchers, inspector etc). But some have fork lift licences & stewards licences etc.

Any ideas how I can get them help (CV writing, retraining etc etc)?
