Thousands of kids loose their balloons each year, you always see them fly off into the sky, and people at parties or celebrations let hundreds go at once.
At some point they will burst as they get higher up so surely the burst balloon falls back down. So why isnt there loads of bits of balloons everywhere (just like chewing gum bits) ??????????????

Perhaps Balloon Land does really exist.

The balloons all go to Poole in Dorset, that's where mine ended up.

Some kind person posted the attatched label back and I won a weekend break in a 5 star hotel.

Even better, the balloon was launched from the end of the pier at Blackpool, my OH said 'Next stop - mid atlantic!' as they all headed West, my balloon must have curved around a low pressure system over Ireland.

The hotel was very nice, especially when we were checking out and the receptionist said "Nothing to pay!" whilst the chap in the neighbouring queue was doling out multiple £20 notes for one nights stay...
