Try these - they are very good. I know lots of people who use them regularly.

Why don't they have any physical contact details on their website as opposed to just a mobile number?

What more do you need than a mobile number to book a bouncy castle ?

Same as you need before booking any advertised service ...

........ an address to go and remonstrate with after they fail to turn up.
A contact to give to the police when you lose your money.

I'll admit that anyone should have this information before finishing a conversation with the advertisers, but general confidence is generated by seeing such reality on the first instance.

Always ask!

p.s. I love OCM. Please don't detract from your own status by posting loosely.

I have worked personaly for Travis Hallam owner of Sheffield bouncy castle hire and can 100% vouch for his castles and service he lives not far from our farm and I deliver his milk daily so if any one gets ripped off which has never happend in my experience then come see me.
People have even cancled a castle they had booked if it was raining and Travis never takes there diposit he would rather they booked another time than rip them off .

Why doesn't Travis put his name and address on his website?

I suppose he does not want to let criminals know where his castles are stored.
I do agree with you though that it would give people more confidence.

for goodness sake - is this how wars start? annbart asked if ne1 knew where she could hire a bouncy castle. The idea of the forum is to pass on personal recommendations - which I did. Cgksheff don't you dare hi-jack my reply with your flippancy. If the original poster is not happy with the details on their web site that's got nothing to do with you. Keep thee neb out.

Very rude of you!

Anyone that advertise with only a mobile number should be ridiculed.

I'm sorry if you disagree but I advise anyone that sees an advert on the internet that does not have a physical address, you should give them a wide berth.
Don't part with any money until you know exactly who you are dealing with.
