I have a Fitness Unlimited membership and dont really get the best out of it: i was wondering if there is anyone out there who would like to come along with me on a regular basis - say 3-4 times a week, to help motivate one another?
I'm looking at doing both cardio and weights.

Ah Russ I'd love to join you but I'm not good at sticking to set times, I'm a member but I like to carry my stuff in the car and then depending on what time I finish work or how early I get up is usally the deciding factor. What days/times do you usually 'try' to go!
At Hillsborough Leisure Centre they have monthly member social events to help out with exactly this sort of thing!
It is a quiz night this month. Check on their website www.hillsboroughlc.co.uk for details. I am sure that both members and non members can attend the social events.
Get a team together and go along, its probably a good a place as any to meet other Fitness Unlimited Members who can help give you that bit of extra motivation.
