Right, the past couple of days I've had a problem getting on to my MSN. When I try to log in a window pops up saying "We were unable to sign you into .NET messenger service, possibly because of a problem with the service or with your Internet connection. Please make sure that you are connected to the Internet. 0x81000301"
Now I know I'm connected to the Internet because I have broadband and I can still see websites etc. Anyone any ideas? Especially towards the number parts of the pop up box.
Thanks in advance.
Chloé

I have had similar messages but not with the numbers.

A long shot but have you tried MSN support??

Normally when the message pops up I retry a few times then give up.
