Call them and ask? I'm sure they'll know their own booking requirements.

I would because you probably need to join in with a group that has space for you.

there is also a chance that if you dont pre book that they will plonk u in amongst kids to play ur game, nothing wrong with that of course, except my son had his (prebooked) birthday party mingled in with adults and he came out with a black eye, after an adult ran into him with the gun going into his eye... when i mentioned to the staff what happened they told me "thats why we tell you not to run" i dont know if u have ever been before but its impossible to play this game by walking.. Id ring up and ask to book when other adults have booked.

Don't you understand what this forum is about? It's about people asking/giving information/advice. Why do you have to be so sarcastic? Why reply if you have nothing positive to say

To add to this, calling Quasar and getting an answer is very rare.
Getting the info you want/a definitive answer from them often is too.
And why do the holiday promotions always arrive in the post when the holidays have finished?
And the whole place could have done with a good clean up last time I went.
Pity because it's potentially a fantastic facility.

there are many valid requests for information, if the company has an obscure name. In other cases like this one, the OP's simply incapable of looking simple information up.
Cut the internet off for a day and see how people become unable to tie their laces.
I wasn't being sarcastic I gave the simplest advice: talk to those who know: the owners.

I totally agrre, there have been plenty of times when my sons birthday party starts there and ends in mcdonalds, they have the facility to do food as iv seen other parties there, but i wunt be letting my kids celebrate with food here, its groase... would have much more custom if 1) they cleaned it up and "0 they promoted it better cos no one ever knows where it is when i speak to them yet its been therer yrs...

Actually I am quite capable of looking up the info I needed. I wasn't getting any answer from the company...
The next best thing is to ask on here, not for a smart alec, but for a simple answer to a simple question. Not only that, but I find MOST of the members on here are full of good honest advice. Oh yes, and friendly.
Thank you to those who answered my question.

hayley dont know if its any use to, i know its not what you originally asked, but if you collect necter points if you get 1000 you and 8 people can book for a session and only have to pay for your paint balls.
The company that you are referred to are very good and i have used them before. at the moment im working towards taking advantage of the offer myself.
