I think this is a great idea. I'm forever in the 'Jobs Available' section at the moment, so know what you mean about having to go through loads of different posts for something suitable.
I'm not sure if it would be workable, but I'd love to see different categories, such as 'Admin', 'Manual', 'Skilled' etc. Like I say, not sure how workable it would be. It would probably add extra pressure on the Mods having to move posts around that might be placed in the wrong section.
But overall, yes, there should definately be some sort of split that goes further than 'Available' and 'Wanted'.
