i really need some advice- back in july we were contacted by a "third party" acting on behalf of "3" network because our contracts were ending- they offered us n95 phones, 2 phones on one contract,extras,ect ect,- nothing came in writing that i asked for, we were sent crap phones-so i sent back the 2 handsets by regestered post and cancelled everything-we were within 14 days, since then we have now started to recieve phone calls from a debt agency,saying we owe £200, "3" are saying that the third party are saying they only recieved 1 handset back and will continue to charge me line rental for the other until i can prove otherwise- they dont have dealing with said third party any more- i cant find proof of postage because it was back in july, "3" have admitted that they can see that we have never made any calls and the handset was never activated- it s so maddening-i just dont know what to do - has anyone got any experience in theses matters-thanks
