Ultimate Antivirus 2008 Trojan

I've managed to pick up the above trojan. I've run Nod32, AVG and Spybot but still can't get rid of it. Are there any free removal tools out there?

It will indeed, and it's FREE!!

There seems to be a lot of people picking this scumware up recently. Normally it need to be run before infecting your PC.
