Are there any around? Yoga is something I would love to do but I work at night. So if there's anything in the Ecclesall, Hunters Bar area please let me know.
Thanks
Ann

Sheffield Yoga Centre is based in Walkley which you can reach by catching the 94/95 bus from town, there are several classes in the daytime through the week, including Tuesdays 11.30am - 12.30pm which is suitable for beginners - and you can drop in to see if you like it. There's also a women's class on Wednesday mornings, 9.30 - 11am and beginners class on Fridays from 10am - 11.15am.

Worth the bus journey! See yogasheffield.org or PM me for more info.

Thanks for all your replies (especially yours Craig - how's Debs by the way?). I will be ringing both yoga associations mentioned. As Lotar is aware, I'm a personal trainer but I'm looking to do something for me - not for my clients - we all need some "me time".I have to work around my clients and I'm busy most mornings and every night. I'm even considering one to one training, so if any of you offer that please pm me.

Ann

Hi there Ann,

My name is Jo and I run a number of yoga classes throughout the Sheffield area...unfortunately I do not run any during the day time but I do run one to one sessions. The one to ones can be during Monday, Thursday or Friday day time. If you would like to arrange a taster please do get in touch - m. 07816 540 261 or e. jo@yoganaturesheffield.org.uk.

I hope you get to find some of that important "me time"...if you are giving all your energy out it is important for you to be able to receive too.

With warmest regards,

Jo
