Tonight?
Mr S's Mobile
Mr S's suit
Mr S's plane tickets
My books (at Mr S's head)
I'm sensing a wee bit of a pattern

My OH threw a shoe once.
I had to take her to the farriers to get a new one fitted.

On a serious note - throwing things is good. Much better than letting your anger/frustration stew into resentment. Unless of course you're throwing things because your anger/frustration has finally spilled over into resentment.
Bugger, I just made a mockery of my own point there... just keep throwing things until either -
a) you feel better
b) you've broken all his stuff - which in itself will make you feel better

The joy will come in the living metaphor that it is something he will never get his hands on again.
A bit like his wife

The last thing I threw was a tantrum. As for slamming doors, I once slammed the front door so hard when I went out, the glass followed me up the path. By 'eck, that were great. I were reet proud o' that!
