Another great training session at the Sheffield Kickboxing Club last night.

Recommend this class to anyone wanting to get fit!

Is he paying you to post these things?

I am toying with the idea... need to think about whether I have sufficient time to train as I have several other things on go at the moment.

I dont pay him, he pays ME
Monday /Thursday at 830pm if you can make it.

£5 per lesson , just bring yourself , loose gym clothes and lots of energy

Just to join in the Farhad love in

I hadn't managed to train yesterday and popped in for the 8.30 class on the way home. I must say the class was excellent; good instruction and atmosphere. As an old grappler I really enjoyed it - and no aches or pains today so I must be fitter than I think!

What boots do yuo wear for kickfighting ? and i would need thick soks for padded ?

No one is stopping you from staying back and using the gym after 7pm, However I have another class straight after that at our own gym on Sidney street.
