Just wondered what other areas have been effected and whether is was just our neighbours who were still in the dark or are there other areas that are still in darkness. We are just off Ringinglow Road.

Oh and does anybody know what caused it?

No problems with the power supply here just down Knowle Lane way on the other side of Ecc Road South.

What I'm wondering is how you managed to post about it without electricity, carrier pigeon?

Had no problems here at "just off Ringinglow Road" towards Common Lane. We have had power cuts recently when others in the area haven't been affected so maybe we have a different power line or something.

20th - for about 1 hour (IIRC) in the afternoon
21st - for about 45 mins starting at 8:30 pm
22nd - for about 90 mins, starting at 8:20 pm.

(edit - we are at Hangingwater)

Well, if the last two nights are anything to go by, can I expect another cut in about 30 to 40 minutes?

Of course, it we do get a power cut, then I wont be able to post on here and tell you until the power comes back on.
