I was just wondering if anyone else has had nothing but problems with the C902. I renewed my contract with Orange and got this phone which appears to be a good phone (if it worked properly). My phone constantly keeps crashing whether I'm sending a text, playing a game or even trying to use the camera. I have had the phone about 2 weeks now and I have been taking it back to the Orange shop since the 4th day I got it. Orange are refusing to swap the phone and wanted me to do a download software thing which would cost me 50p a min for 15 minutes and thats if the phone didnt crash in between. I refused to do it as I said I did not get the phone on the understanding I would then have to pay for this and that just to be able to use it correctly.
I contacted Trading Standards reguarding the matter and they told me, Orange are in Breach of their contract because goods they have given me are not of SAtusfactory Quality or fit for intended purpose. I have now got an arguement on my hands with Orange shop.
What makes the matter worse is when I ring Orange customer service they have done a check on my handset ot discover it is faulty. They said the shop should change it, but the shop are refusing too.
Orange on the phone agree with me but the Orange shop dont.
Anyway I just wondered if anyone else has problems with it.
