Messenger Pop Ups

Do any of you keep getting Messenger Pop Ups? I have been getting these for a while now and decided to do something about it. I have disabled them. Hopefully, I won't have this problem from now on

how did you disable them?

it has nothing to do with MSN messenger BTW

On Windows XP you have to go into Administration tools, Then Services then scroll down the list until you se messenger, select properities and then press stop. Then set the Start up type to manual or disable it algoether. I set it to manual.

Stay off the naughty sites is all I can say, it's spyware, nothing to do with MSGR...you've been caught out, so just hold your hands up, or have firm words with the other half
