The advert itself was really hyped up, with celebs saying that they will be watching, so I watched it. It didn't teach me anything new as I was lucky enough to have been taught that at a young age, but I hope it helped some people who may not have known the symptoms.

Did it effect anyone? Or do you think it was a waste or airtime?

Ahhhh it's bloody scary seen as though I am having chest pains right now because of a strained muscle..
I hate adverts like that but I guess it's informative to those who need it.

I did the wrong thing then when I had chest pains, I went to bed and hoped it would be better by morning. It wasn't, and I actually got ready for work next morning, just couldn't make it, simple as that.
