500g dark chocolate(at least 70% cocoa content)
75g unsalted butter
400g/140z tin of condensed milk
half teaspoon of vanilla essence
Lightly grease a 8 inch square cake tin.
Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a large saucepan with the butter & milk,heat gently(do not boil) until the mixture has a smooth texture.Remove from the heat & add the vanilla.Beat the mixture so that it thickens & then pour into the cake tin.Chill the mixture in the fridge until firm.
Remove from tin and cut into mouth
