If this type of thing already exists, I apologize.

It would be good for people who use multiple machines to be able to review the recent posts they have made, I often find it hard to reply to a post at one place, then go home and find the same thread from home.

a link on the left of "My recent posts" would be good, it would just be a list of the last 10? threads you posted in.

Silly me realised That I can just view my profile and use the link in there, although it is a bit of a run around (2 or 3 clicks, I know) just add the link to the left menu for instant access maybe?

'View My Posts' over in the left-hand menu.

I think they should scrap 'my posts' as people reply and it doesn't notify you if it's an oldish thread. We should have a 'subscribed threads' thing that'll notify you when someone posts on a thread you've started or posted on, and can enable email notification for certain threads.

You can do that in your Control Panel (link on the left), and then go into 'Edit Options'.
