Hi all, myself and soon to be hubby have now started to think about his suit, his bestmans and my fathers. please do you know of any reasonably priced hire places or even department stores that sell them, dont mind either way really but want a fair price. not sure where to start looking as seen one brochure but found it a bit complicated with regards to pricing. any help appreciated. x

try suits 4 you in meadowhall they have an offer on 2 for £130 they are £50-£60 to hire so you might as well buy one

i strongly recommend Ashley Rodgers at Manor Top. My family have had a few weddings and always got their suits from there. They are always at all the wedding fairs

We used Blissful Daze - £80 quid each ,groom goes free(yeah right). More expensive than buying a suit in the long run, but to be honest it is more special than a shop bought suit.

Hiya willman, where is this shop please? thats my only worry that if they decide to buy suits it wont look special enough, does that price include the waistcoat etc?

Shop is top of West Street. Includes trousers,choice of jackets,waistcoats,cravat,wing tipped shirts.
Loads of colours etc, they do fittings etc for you.

We'll all look the same including Junior,which we think's the right choice in our case.

Hiya, went to greenwoods they were very good, the suits (tails,shirt,waistcoat, trousers,cravat and cufflinks) were £69 + £5 insurance and you can have either 20%
off or rent 4 and get one free, check out their website for discounts

Mu husband and his bestman got theirs from the menswear bit downstairs in Francescas near the hole in the road. We found these to be the cheapest.

Here goes.......... We get married in just over 1 weeks time & the whole (church) wedding has come to way less than £3k, these prices are very up to date,
Suits Matalan £45 (each)
Shirts Matalan £10 (each)
Waitcoat & Cravat BHS (came as a set) £30 each

Francescas Is okay & the staff are brill but I also found that La Bella bridal in chapeltown were FANTASTIC & very cheap, Cathy who owns La Bella is a wonderful lady & even though I didn't buy my dress from her (I found out AFTER buying it from Francescas that she could have done it for £100 cheaper) she went out of her way to help me out as much as she could with other things.

so if you want top hat & tails give La Bella a try or if you want a suit that can be used again, try Matalan.
