Hello Teddie. Yes it was burnt down in January 1995 (I still see the lad that was convicted of it knocking about - in between subsequent prison sentances ).
For a couple of years afterwards, a mobile library used to park up outside, until the current building (opposite the entrance to Knowle Top Chapel) was built.
