Hi just wondered what peoples thought's on this game were. I thought the gameplay was awseome and very intense on hdmi, the storyline was good and I haven't played a call of duty before so I was impressed. The only problem is I found it really short and completed it within a week which really annoyed me anybody else think it was a little short?

Within a week? a lot of games I complete the same day.. Half Life 2 for example only took me 16 hours (on the day of release)

It's meant to be there for the multiplayer with the single player 'tacked' on somewhat.

If you're not on Live this is the best game by far (yes even better than GTA 4 and Halo)

What does the method of connection to the TV have to do with gameplay? graphics maybe, or have I misunderstood?

I've only recently got an xbox - and fancy this game, I was aware that it was quite 'short' but was told the on-line element made up for this? Would you agree? (before I shell out for it!)

Well Floyd I haven't managed to get online with it this month as had problems with broadband etc. Was just saying about hdmi as it seemed more intense sound and graphics etc.

I see what you mean - I suppose everything goes towards gameplay. Anyone else have any thoughts? Does the on-line make up for the 'shortness' of the game? If so, why? What is so good?

I'm looking forward to getting it up and running online then. I was also considering for my next purchase Frontlines: Fuel of war or the new rainbow six which is better. I already have gears of war on laptop and have Halo 3. Don't know why I'm addicted to this kind of game???

Call of Duty have near perfected the online aspects.

If anyone's played CounterStrike Source or 1.6, the set up is very similar.

COD4 online is exceptional the best game I have ever owned. I bought GT4 Prologue (sp) and GTA4 but there still in there box as COD4 is all I ever play on when I get the chance.
