Hi,
I need to buy this friday and possibly this saturdays Irish times newspaper - just wondering if anyone knows where I could buy it in Sheffield?
Thanks

Dave

Train Station definately used to have international papers but aint looked in a while. Used to live with a German and he bought Bilde paper but he always moaned about price.

I'm sure any paper shop can order them in though if you asked.

There's a newsagent on Division Street, opposite the Spar.
It sells a lot of international papers and magazines, you can check in there if you like. Not many places in Sheffield stock international publications.

I'm afraid you might find you'll need to subscribe to access most of the articles, and unfortunately pictures aren't generally available, if that's what you're after... Hope you get what you're looking for

That would be "Carousel News".

It's possible you might be able to get it there. They do "le figaro" and "Die Welt", as well as Chinese and Arabic/ Urdu language newspapers, so it would not take a huge leap of imagination to think they may do the Irish Times.

If you make enquiries there, they can give you one of two answers, can't they? "Yes we do/ yes we can buy it in for you" or "Sorry, no we don't!"

Just call up a proper newsagent and they will order it for you.

That's the one I'm thinking of. I thought it was a GT News, but then I distinctively remember that it was an independent shop.

No I get them through the post! Which reminds me I've got two free pints!
I needed to see the family notices.

Any G.T. news stock the Irish Papers, I buy mine at the bottom on Norfolk St just below the Crucible on the other side of the road.

My newsagent at Jordo always has it too. You'd be surprised how many places have it!
