Not as bad as it sounds!!!! Might be a silly question but if you're going on holiday to America do you have to declare driving convictions such as Dangerous Driving? It's not me honest! My other half has one from 4 years ago, no one else involved etc so no criminal convictions involved.

I'm not certain, but I believe that if you have ever been arrested, you must declare it. Dangerous Driving sounds a bit more serious than a simple traffic offense. Maybe talk to someone at the embassy or look online?

If youre not sure declare it or like Sierra said contact the US embassy in London to see if they can help you out.

If my memory serves me right you only have to declare if youve been arrested and convicted.

I thinkyou should declare this conviction before going to be on the safe side.

A mate of mine went to America a few years ago and because he hadnt declared a spent conviction they turfed him out and I believe one of the spice girls had to get special dispensation to enter America because she had a conviction as a young girl for shoplifting
