My nose, broken it 4 times through various sporting misadventures. It now bends slightly to the right and has a 'bobble' at the top, however, it doesn't bother me enough to actually have cosmetic surgery or anything.

oh there's tons I'd change, my size, I'd be a size 10 maybe 12. I would make my curly hair glossy as someone else said. I'd make my eyes a big bigger, my bum smaller and have all my baby stretch marks gone over with a magic marker.

Only thing I like about my physical appearance is my height (I'm just a smidgen under 6')

Never noticed the size of your feet - I'll have to check 'em out next we meet

But I'd change my feet as well - 4.1/2 super doooper wide is a bugger to fit. Mind you, if they were normal width, I'd probably have even more shoes/boots than I've got already, so I'd need to move to a bigger house.

A scalp transplant wouldn't go amiss, either, nice straight hair instead of bloody curls would be great.
