Hi,
I am running a class that is for ladies only.

It's ideally suited for mum's looking to re-establish their yoga practice after having babies but also suitable for other ladies who'd like to join.

We are focusing on inner and outer strength, breathing, use of the bandhas and also muscle toning asana.

The classes are being held at Yoga Shala on London Road every Friday at 11:30 - 12:30.

We have 15 places, so booking in advance is required.

Babies most welcome!

Namaste,
LL
