The three peaks is a really good walk, I've done it several times and I would no way class myself as a hardcore walker or even very fit.
It's pretty well signposted but be prepared to get feet a bit wet because you do travel over some pretty boggy areas when moving on the path between mountains.

Assuming the OP is talking about "The Three Peaks" this is traditionally Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis.
I certainly wouldn't attempt these without being fit or an experienced walker.

Are you referring to the Yorkshire 3 Peaks here or the Scotland, England and Wales version?

Of course, I assumed he meant to other 3 peaks mainly because of our proximity to them, and the fact that this other three peaks is a regualr charity walk.
I apologise for my advice if you mean the other, thats for seriously experienced mountaineers, as skatiechik so kindly mentioned.

I agree, if the OP has little or no experience and his fitness aint up to much then I would get some training done and do some smaller walks to get used to mountain/hill environments. Also, if we are talking about the 3 major peaks then I would deffo get the right equipment and advice before participating. There are mutliple deaths each year on said peaks cos people go up there with no preparation and/or experience.

Snowdon Scafell & Ben Nevis i think it's abit of a crazy challenge considering i have never done anything like this but i am up for it.
The only thing that i wan't to make sure is that we have someone Experieneced with us and who knows where they are going & what do if the weather turns in an Instant like it can do up in the mountains.

You will be fine if you get used to reading maps, dress correctly, understand and watch the weather, carry standard survival equipment and know what to do in an emergency. Get all those right and you should be ok. I aint an experience climber or walker, but have done my research and will be doing the same 3 as you come summer.

Erm, the foot paths on all those hills are easy to use and follow so if you cant get anyone, as long as you have a map and compass you should be ok Ask in the walkers section if still unsure though

Speaking from the experience of having done it (and having done so being aware of the potential hypocrisy of what I am saying) I would firstly advise that you look in to the environmental issues before deciding to embark upon this. It will not be just you and a few mates who think that this is a good idea to do this whether it is for charity or for personal reasons but a veritable horde of people. There is a huge amount of driving involved that has to be taken into consideration as well as the effect of the said thousands of people descending onto the three areas in question has.
Regardless of that if you do decide to do it then you will need to be fit and make sure that you have a decent pair of walking boots at the minimum as it is a hard slog (and not a lot more in truth). Personally I built up to walking somewhere in the region of 12 miles one day per weekend with approx 1500m of ascending\descending involved. Add to that I was also doing some other form of sport 3 days per week as well and while this was without doubt overkill for doing "The Three Peaks" it made it a whole lot easier overall.

Best thing to do is go get some walking experience, they are quite a few weekends between now and summer.
Start of small say 10mile hike on sign posted footpaths then extend to 20miles across moorland where the paths aren't as clear. Make sure you do a route plan and leave it with someone so they know where you are going.
Then perhaps take a few long weekends to the brecons, north yorkshire moors, lakes.

When are you planning on doing it? As well as the walkers, you will need someone who isn't walking who can drive you between venues.
I would suggest that you make sure that you can navigte well, even in poor visability. Every year Mountain Rescue are called out to 100s of people doing the 3 peaks who have had problems. You don't want to find yourself having to organise another event to raise money for the MR team that pulled you off the mountain!!
