My great granddad gave this as his address in 1914 - I cannot find on any old maps. Does anyone know where this street may have been (they later lived in Hawke Street so it may be at Grimesthorpe end?).

Many thanks!

If you go to : www.sheffindexers.thewholeshebang.org and ask this question then I'm sure that someone will know the answer.

White's directory 1849 lists an East street running off High Street in the Park district. Don't know if that helps?

High street in Park was renamed to Bard street, East street is shown on the 1905 OS map but there aren't really any modern reference points to it's location as everything has long gone.
