I went to Waitrose this morning and it was absolute chaos!
Everyone seemed really angry, one man called me a 'merchant banker' for accidently nudging him with my trolley even though I apologised

Why don't people just get frozen things and then you can buy them in November or earlier and forget all about turkeys, prawns, and so on. You can even freeze mince pies, and sprouts. I don't give a fig(gy pudding) what Jamie Oliver says, I'll sacrifice that tiny bit of 'taste' for sitting with me feet up with a drink instead of scrapping in the shops

Not madness for those folk who work shifts, perhaps....y'know, those people who've been serving you in shops etc. in the last few days, when they've been working and you haven't.....

At the risk of sounding daft, was just checking Asda website and wondered what Browsing Time is? Well I know in places it's literally just to browse not buy but it says 9.30am-4pm today and bext sunday 'browsing time'?
