we was driving down our road this afternoon an saw a car paked up with hazards on an there was a cat laid in the road so we pulled over to see if the cat was ok an was talking to the guy who was clearly mad because the car that hit the car just drove off leaving the cat dead in the road so me an my fella picked it up an took to vets where they decleared the cat had sadly been killed was so upsetting but hopefully the vets will hear from the owner an tell them the bad news .what gets me mad is that as we was parked up a lorry came up other side of road an said just lob it in the hedge was so sad to see this but at least we know the vets will deal with it properly

you did a kind and caring thing laughalot and I'm sure the owners will be grateful for this. Poor cat though.

Can you ring the vet tommorow and make sure they scan it for a chip. My sister took an injured cat recently to a vet that had been hit by another driver and they had no intention of scanning the cat, my sister had to ask them several times.
