I was on the way to a friends house in a taxi and saw a sign all lit up in someones window saying "scruge lives here" . It certainly had me and the taxi driver laughing.

A wag in a neighborhood near mine has a sign in his yard featuring an "L" with the universal red circle and slash over it... No "L" = Noel. Get it? Looks like garbage.
In another yard, there are a giant inflatable Homer Simpson with a Santa hat right and a giant inflatable Scooby Doo with a Santa hat. They're watching over baby Jesus in the manger nearby, apparently. Or maybe they're bringing gifts from afar.

I too find bad spelling amusing. Only yesterday I was giggling at a sign on someone's gate that said "BEWARE OF THE BOG", only for me to be hit by a flying toilet as I turned my back.....
