West Brom 3 v 1 Owls
Blades 1 v 0 Ipswich
Just to keep with my theme of Owls losing and Blades winning that seems to gain me no points at the minute!

Desperation measures for Pitsmoorlad. Having sacked my predictions assistant, Harry the Hamster, I'm now relying on sensible logic, clear thinking, and tapping Kate's phone. So resisting the urge to predict a 7-0 win for the Owls I'm now going for:
West Brom 1 Owls 1
Blades 1 Ipswich 0 (thus keping Brobson in work for another week)

What goes round, comes around.
BL Beautiful ?- Yes I suppose it was in the days, when Arnold Laver had far more of a presence in the vicinity, and it was so smoky and grimy that you couldn't see from one end top the other; and there was a cricket pavilion.
Wasn't around at the time; but should imagine it was it's most attactive; after Hermann Goering's boys had re-modelled one of the stands, and a very good job they did too. They probably couldn't hit the two others because they were so small, and undistinctive.

"Uncle Statto" reckons that in last 12 visits to the Hawthorns, Wednesday have won 4; drawn 5, and lost 3.
In two of the seasons where defeat was experienced, relegation followed (69/70 & 74/75) ; and on the other stayed up by scoring an 85th minute winner in the last game (73/74).
So basically, when we lose there, then we know it's going to be a bad season.

Well done geocol!
