Does anyone know where I can buy some 70's clothes. I am going to a party tomorrow (Saturday) and just found out it's a 70's party so I need to find some groovy gear.

Try Freshmans just off Division Street opposite Crystal sorry don't know the name of the street. Good range and friendly staff

there's also a retro shop if you walk down towards the Moor down the side of Cole Brothers, don't know the name of the street again!

I think a lot of the clothes in the shops are quite seventies, kaftans, beads a lot of denim T shirts, hot pants, the catsuit (which nobody should revive) Curly hair. There was also punk which is pretty timeless

There's vintage on Cambridge street too. It has some really cool men's hats, scarves and shoes.

I'd recommend this one and reasonable prices.

I don't need a shop - I can just raid my dad's wardrobe.
Alas his stuff wasn't in fashion in the 70s either...

PMSL!!

On topic, there's a 70s fancy dress shop on Carver Street that might be able to help.

Hi, thanks for all your help.
Managed to get some good 70's gear from freshmans, the only thing I couldn't find was a pair of denim flares so borrowed some off a mate instead.
