Hi
My little un is nearly 17 months old and am wanting to take him to some sort of playgroup with kids his age. Does anyone know of any groups like this around North Sheffield, we're in Shirecliffe.
Thanks in advance

hi brett,
I run a group through Sure Start called dads allowed that covers many aspects of parenting etc. We are based in shirecliffe and have activities running nearly every day for parents as well as with kids. We have lots of FREE groups running including family swimming.
Let me know if your interested in meeting up

Hi brettginger. If you follow the link in my signature, you'll find the Parenting Group here, where you'll find lots of info on playgroups in all areas of Sheffield. Plus loads more information and lovely people

Specifically mentioning Shirecliffe, and with a couple of ideas:

http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/show...ht=Shirecliffe

I think you might find something in here, too:

http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/show...ht=Shirecliffe

Hope that helps. There were a couple of other hits for Shirecliffe, if you go into the Parenting Group and do a search under 'Search Forum'.
There are also ideas for more central groups, like Jellytots (run by one ofour own forummers) which are strategically placed to allow for easy access.
