Anybody know where I can get hold of a 27mm / 1&1/16th" wheelbrace?

Machinemart and Halfords don't stock them any larger than 23mm, according to their websites

Cheers.
Jack.

Edit: The Alltools website is about as much use as a chocolate teapot, seems to only want to show me the powertool stocklist! Do they only sell powertools? If so, why is it called 'Alltools'?

There used to be a place just off Attercliffe Common, on Retford Rd opposite the Koh i Noor, sorry I cant remember it's name, or there's the iron mongers on Staniforth Rd at the side of the canal bridge.

Get yer self down Attercliffe. There is a great engineering supllies shop that is bound to have one. As your passing the end of Staniforth rd heading out of the City its on your left about a hundred yards on. There's even a car park right outside..

It's called Alltools because it sells all tools

The link you posted is for autotools.co.uk though. Not alltools?!

Anyway, cheers forumsters.
Ill get to Alltools and have a look.

Daevh, ill borrow that card if that's okay. FAR more valuable than those stupid Yellow Cards... infact, come with me, we can indulge in our mechanical obssessions for a couple of hours!

HJ - I presume you don't mean Alltools? I'll have to have a buzz round during lunch - I work around that area.

PS: as a quick fix I ended up using a large breaker bar with a 27mil impact socket. Not ideal, but did the job

Yeh sure, i probably 'need' some stuff...

In fact, that link i gave you wasn't actually to Google, it was to a shop selling the wheelbrace online.
