Which of the time signals is correct, is it the radio2 one on FM, DAB or the one on Radio2 on satellite they all are at different times, isn’t the time signal supposed to be accurate?

I'd go with FM as all things digital have a slight delay.

They had this one on radio 4's feedback prog a while back.
The digital signal has a slight delay and so is a little wrong.

Does it make much difference? A couple of seconds in 4 billion years is hardly of any significance...

I agree to a point, but what's the point of the time signal pips if they are not accurate?
