Yes, an afternoon meeting. Unfortunately the evening meeting in July which has become popular couldn't be scheduled.

As of June 2007, most areas were operational (they've been holding weddings, various party functions in the restaurants and so on) and the grandstand was "almost complete."

I've heard of no setbacks since then that would prevent the August practice meeting from going ahead.
