Good line -up but I'd definitely have Hirst in there and put Deane on the bench. Both in their prime I'd go for Hirsty every time.

Similar line up. Had to have Kelly in. The Semi-final was the best display of goalkeeping i've ever seen!

1. Alan Kelly
2. Roland Nilsson
3. Vas Borbokis
4. Phil Jagielka
5. Nigel Pearson
6. Michael Brown
7. John Sheridan
8. Paulo Di Canio
9. David Hirst
10. Brian Deane
11. Chris Waddle

I was going to put Hirst in but there would have been too many Wednesday players really.
Any way i don't think Hirsty ever fulfilled his full potentiol, he was very injury prone.

Hey Barmy.
Only a wednesdyite could pick wayne quinn as the best left back!! And to pick Carlton Palmer before Di Canio or Carbone. Always knew you owls are a bit strange. UTB
