Went into town, met my Daddy

Then went to a meeting, then stood in a field and cheered on DS#2 in his none competitive sports day events.

Got up, pottered, realised that the minute hand on my clock was stuck at half past and I was horribly late.
Spent the rest of the day running around, trying to catch up and then doing the shopping. Now I am in here bothering all you lot and a lot happier I am too. Cheers xx

My day's not been too bad thanks for asking. I have had a friend stay over for a few weeks ( she's a messy bugger) and I tidied up her room, then I pottered about on here for a while before going in to town to do some shopping. After struggling home with my heavy bags I put the shopping away and came on here to check a few things and I'm now about to cook myself a pasta bake. I feel lonely though now because my friend usually has the telly on and tells me about her day but she's gone away for a few weeks, my online friends are all offline and I have no one to pester other than you lot. Does any one want a crisp?

They are but then again they're Hula Hoops (TM). I am now trying Kosmic Ketchup, they're not that nice, I think I may have wasted 67p.

Does anyone else just love pottering about?

Last saturday I tidied up, did some ironing/washing, washed car, tidied garden a bit, nipped to morrisons for a spot of lunch, come back home, did some admin (online billing = brilliant) and recycled some old papers.

Nobody was at home, just me in the golden silence
