Do you eat most at breakfast time or save pigging out for tea time?

I wish I could eat more in the mornings, but I feel sick if I have anything more than a bowl of porridge/cereal and some tea/juice.

I eat like mad. Me and my mate thommo divvied up a pack of bacon between us for bacon butties this morning, Lunch was a bag of crisps and four salami and salad sandwiches followed by tea which is bangers, mash and assorted veg.

Average day really

Lunch is my biggest meal, because if it was at teatime I wouldn't have as long to digest it - or so the experts advise, not supposed to eat after 9p.m.either

My biggest meal is usually at tea-time, but without a doubt my favourite meal is breakfast.

Apart from when I was pregnant, I've only ever eaten one meal a day and that's about 6/7 ish at night, so what's that dinner, tea or high tea? lol
