its disgusting stuff to drink but i have heard it is good health properties!
I know someone who sells it and i have used the aloe gels for skin and things, my elderly aunt tried the aloe drink and it made her feel better for a while.

Didn't know you could drink it I knew it was good for soothing skin and all that jazz, but to consume it internally sounds wrong!!

I've not tried the plain one - only the cranberry one and I have to say that it doesn't taste fantastic but drinking it every day, you'd get used to it!

The liquid drinkable Aloe Vera is quite expensive. Suppose to help IBS, but I dont think its been proved. Not much taste to it really. You can get Aloe Vera tablets and capsulles. The best way to use it though is in the Gel , in a tube. Marvellous for burns, including sunburn. Always keep the Gel in my medicine cupboard.
