Have been out in Darnall today and saw two cars with at least two adults and toddlers in the back, toddlers not strapped in but standing up or sat on mum's lap. Is this illegal or not?

One driver took up both lanes for most of Greenland Road and it really worries me that people will put their children in such danger.

All children are supposed to have seat belts. Now they have to have to be sitted with the corrrect booster seat for weight and height as well.

It so makes me mad when I see parents that don`t care about their childrens safety. They should be fined. I would fine them and tell them what I thought about their parenting skills if I saw them allowing their children to sit on someones knee or play on the back window while kneeling on the seat.

Mine never get in anyones car unless they have their seat belts on, it does save lives especially when someone hits your car from the rear. They say in the seat and not fly through the window.
