just this morning i can't get on MY ebay UK at all. all i'm getting is a file called eBayISAPI.dll to download. wtf is that file for
i can get onto ebay USA but not UK, i can't get one either with Internet Explorer or fire fox ???

ebay.com works perfect, it's only ebay.co.uk

I can't access Ebay from work so can't ceheck it. Try closing internet exploroer and deleting your cookies for ebay, might help!

Not for me : both UK and US versions "down" as at 9 am.

Looks like your not the only one with problems. They used to use Friday morning as down time, I guess they still do work then, perhaps it went wrong!
