Send a message via MSN to melthebell Send a message via Yahoo to melthebell
you need to visit the isps website and get details for all your online stuff
there should be a list of email pop account details, newsgroup addreses etc

then you need to re enter it into outlook express

Does blueyonder even exist anymore? I heard they ditched thousands of email accounts.

It sounds like you just need to set up your account details in Outlook Express. Just as you did when you first got your computer set up with Email.

This link should help you with this :

http://www.by-users.co.uk/faqs/newsmailreaders/oe/

Just follow the instructions given under "getting started"
Ignore the part about "Newsgroups".

Hope it helps you.
Let me know if you run into any problems!

When you first went to blueyonder you should have a setup disc for your drivers etc.If windows did not do it automatically.
Your actual accounts you will have to setup manually.
