Anybody else missing some Virgin TV Channels this morning?

Im in S9 and cant get the kids TV channels. I checked the service
status page on the net but no mention of it.

I've tried calling customer service but the line is busy (as usual).

Just checked and all the kids stuff is ok here in Leicestershire so it might be a regional thing.

I had the same problem last night too.

I simply re-scanned the channels, and all was fine

Not noticed anything wrong with the VM service though.

When my cable was provided by Cable & Wireless back in 1999 a call to 150 would be answered by a person within five rings. Now it's an automated service with a minimum 20 minute wait.

My Virgin Media broadband has been dodgy all this week first thing. Plus has anyone else noticed that a large chunk of on demand TV disappeared? Not too long after we were promised that our "saved" Sky money would be going towards new content too...

All S6 has been dead for the last 3 hours (TV and BB).
