2 medium bedroom's 1 small,
decent size bathroom
kitchen not huge but a decent size
decorated but not done the kitchen as council doing refurb in 2010
central heating, all double glazed including front door
back garden with 2 shed's, huge < understatement - side garden, then a small front garden, no drive but can get car on side garden or 6 if you've got 6 lol,
( very quiet location really lovely neighbours, easy access to a few good school's, walking distance to the village, great prospect if your wanting to buy.
Wanted-
2 or 3 bedroomed house semi ( must have drive / ideal if its already been refurbed by council,
double glazed and central heating,
most important - medium size secure garden
Area's wanted-- Halifax Road , Chaucer but only the bit after the island, Yew Lane, would consider Wordsworth for the right house, nice neighbours please main Rd location prefered.

I have 2bed ground floor flat in S2 (manor)
The living room has seperate dining room.
All double glazed and kitchen and bathroom refurbished last year.
All the bedrooms are of a decent size and i also have one small utility room.

The only reason i'd like to move is due to the fact i have 2 young children who i have at the weekends and would love for them to have a garden and also, i have a partner and hopfully one day we may have our own family and this flat wouldn't be big enough for us all.
The flat is also near all bus routes and tram service and near all shopping amenites, schools, doctors etc etc.
All i can say is, come and have a look around and decide from there.

I'm looking for pref a 3bed or more house, any areas considered.

If you are looking to move home try and get your name down with every housing association, council and estate agent you can! I have 10 years on the sheffield council waiting list and 2 years on the rotherham list and have been bidding for properties every week for as long as I can remember! I wanted to move from the manor back in 05. which lead me to renting privatley, to being homeless when the landlord sold up and then to renting a property from a landlord who couldn't care less about repairs! be very careful and don't jump into anything.
