I'd like to trampoline in sheffield, I understand I can do this at ponds forge but only if I book 6 sessions (thurs only).

Do you know of any other centre?

Thanks in advance!

I am with you on this past time, if my garden was a little bigger, I would buy a trampoleen for sure.

Hi,

You can try the University Trampolining Club (not sure whether its Hallam or Sheffield), they were at ponds forge last night at about 6 if that helps.

As for gymnastics, I have been looking for a place for ages, there was a Uni club a long time ago, but not much since.

Marcelo (Capoeira master) teaches acrobatics in Rotherham on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He posts on this board too. http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/show...&postid=161818 I haven't been able to make it down there recently cause I sprained my Foot :-(

Also, due to there not being able to find any gymnastics places in Sheffield, I started up a session for people to come down and practice. See www.tricksnflips.co.uk for more info. It isn't just martial arts tricks, its a session for us to practice the things we have learnt and just have fun. Occasionally we have some really cool people to help us learn new things. And we have a trampet and crash mats :-)

If you do find a gymnastics class let us know please

Thanks

Ste

I was wondering if anyone knew of any other places that do adult trampoling (around South Sheffield ideally) could you pm the number or post it on here?

I've searched the web and all I can find is the sheffield hallam union club which has no contact numbers/dates and ponds forge whom I'm still waiting to hear back from.

Thanks

Good to see from your post that Marcelo now has regular classes going. Always seemed a struggle to keep regular classes running back in my day.

There can't be many people more difficult to teach this sort of thing to than me, and Anita and Marcello are both excellent tutors who know how to teach and run a class that is fun to be part of.

Ponds forge used to run adult classes in gymnastics which were quite good too but they were cancelled. They were fun, the equipment was set up in reception.

Smallie07 - i do trampolining at Ponds Forge and have a great time so keep on trying! I know that they do adult classes on a few days and they will probably be able to help you now, even if you've had problems in the past.
Give them a call - i think the direct number is 0114 2233453.
Hope this helps - might see you down there!
