any information about the grouse and trout pub
at redmires which was demolished in 1957

Best I can find online

"A Pub On Every Corner" (a book which has probably caused more fights than owt else) may help, and about 10 years ago there was a book published which I think was called "An Illustrated History Of Sheffield Pubs", which may also help.
